Client Spotlight-- David and Kaci's Portrait Session

Kaci is one of my dearest friends, and when she asked me to do her and her husband, David's, Christmas card photos, I was super thrilled! My husband and I made a weekend out of it, and drove up to Dallas. We shot photos in the morning, and enjoyed fried foods at the state fair in the afternoon. It was a blast.

Kaci and David have big hearts for animals, and so they brought their two adorable dogs to the photo shoot.  Family photos with pets can be tricky. We made sure to walk them around the area before we actually started shooting. This not only helped them get familiar with the area, but it also helped tire them out so that they would be more cooperative. We had a ton of fun, and we got some really great shots.

Client Spotlight--Bill and Amanda's Family Photos

I love spending time with my family; now that we live a little further away from each other, our time together is so much more valuable  My brother Bill and sister-in-law Amanda came to stay with us this weekend with my sweet, precious niece, Natalie. We had such a good time showing them around San Antonio, and even squeezed in a family portrait session on Sunday morning. Little Natalie is 15 months old and full of spunk! Her deep belly laughs, coy smiles, and love for kitties is so heartwarming. Absolutely adorable! Check out their fun family photos below:
